Mindaugas Dabulis, founder and team leader

Mindaugas has a strong consultancy background obtained during his work in financial management, advisory and accounting fields. Before establishing FINDIR, he worked at international audit, accounting and tax advisory company Ernst&Young.

His main fields of expertise are retail, wholesale, construction and professional services. Mindaugas possesses a wide range of competences, namely financial strategy development and implementation, financial analysis, budgeting and modeling, process analysis and transformation.

Mindaugas holds BSc in Management and business administration and an MA in Financial accounting and audit both from Vilnius University, Lithuania

Viktorija Kezyte, project manager

Viktorija has extensive experience in financial management, accounting and audit fields. Before joining FINDIR,  she worked at international audit, tax and business advisory company KPMG Baltics.

She specializes in financial analysis and planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial risk assessments fields. She is the co-author of the reference book "Business transformation solutions" prepared by Law firm Sorainen and KPMG and issued by Verslo zinios.

Viktorija received BSc degree in Management information systems and MA in International business both from Vilnius University, Lithuania. She is an ACCA Affiliate in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).
